Critically acclaimed jazz trumpeter Rod McGaha has performed with Lou Rawls and Kenny Rodgers and has been compared to trumpet legends Miles Davis and Clark Terry. Join Rod and his band along with the OSO for a free event that features an over-the-top table-decorating contest. The winner performs with the OSO! Call the orchestra at 684-0661, extension 11, and reserve your table fore eight today. The fee is $100. If you don't rent a table, just pack a picnic and bring the kids. Enjoy a preshow by the Owensboro Community Band. Soak in the last days of summer with the OSO on the Kentucky Wesleyan College lawn.
